Here are some high protein snacks

Hard Boiled Eggs- very good source of protein with less fat and calories. Have hard boiled eggs handy as a snack.

Almonds- protein and Omega-3 fatty acids along with high finer content makes almonds a good snack. Be careful to not eat them mindlessly.

Walnuts- have a high concentration of good fat, but are a good source of protein.

Pistachios- like with all nuts, serving size must be controlled or you will gain weight. Pistachios are tasty and full of good fiber, but higher in calories, so watch it.

Cashew Butter- use it on whole grain or protein bread or with an apple for a tasty treat.

Pumpkin Seeds – makes a high protein snack but are a little higher in fat, like all nuts be mindful.

Sunflower Seeds – are a great source of protein. Add them to trail mix or a bowl of oatmeal.

Create your own trail mix with Almonds, Walnuts, Pistachios, Pumpkin Seeds, Sunflower Seeds and some raisins for sweetness.
